Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Products showing signs of use or wear.
Customized or personalized products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
